Default Supplements to get fit - who uses them and who doesn't?

Hi!

As a graduate student in the clinical nutrition M.S. program at New York University, I am researching dietary supplement use by people who exercise and play sports recreationally. If you’re a recreational exerciser/athlete (you exercise or play a sport at least once per week but aren’t involved in official/high-level competition), at least 18 years old, and a resident of the U.S., please complete my survey!

You DO NOT have to use dietary supplements to take the survey. I am looking for input from all recreational athletes and exercisers.

It requires 5 minutes (or less) of your time. Participation is anonymous. After completing the survey, you may enter to win a $10 Amazon.com electronic gift card! Not bad for 5 minutes or less.

Survey link here: https://nyu.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_7O1C21GZ69lXhmR

Thanks for your consideration!

I play sports at an amateur level and would like to help with your survey. I would be happy to fill out your questionnaire. By the way, if you are considering supplements to improve your diet, check out Ceylon cinnamon supplements for sale cinnamon is known for its health benefits such as improving metabolism and maintaining normal blood sugar levels, which can be beneficial for those who are active in sports.

I use supplements to help with my fitness goals, and they've made a big difference. It's similar to relying on jynarque customer service for reliable support. Some people find supplements essential for getting fit, while others prefer to get nutrients from their diet alone. It's all about what works best for you and your body. Make sure to do your research and maybe consult a professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

I’m a Clinical Nutrition graduate student at NYU researching dietary supplement use among recreational exercisers and athletes. If you're 18 or older, live in the U.S., and exercise or play sports weekly, please take my 5-minute anonymous survey for a chance to win a $10 Amazon gift card!
